At Maison Demaille, each piece is thoughtfully designed to enhance your interior with elegance. However, if an item does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

📦 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • In their original packaging, with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale products (unless defective)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value will be issued upon receipt of the return under the conditions stated above.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
